  • Arrival Reminder:

If you drop your child off at school in the mornings, please be mindful of the flow of traffic.  As students are dropped off, please be sure to pull as far forward as possible along the curb.  Once your child exits the vehicle, please feel free to pull away from the curb.  This keeps traffic moving and minimizes the risk of other drivers trying to pass...which is a safety concern.  Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Froggy 98 Visit

Froggy 98’s very own JoJo and Leapin’ Lily visited Martinsburg Elementary on Monday, January 23, 2017!

Listen to 98.1FM at 7:05am to hear our MES students recite the Pledge of Allegiance.  It is expected that this will occur in the near future…likely throughout the month of February.  The recordings are also posted on the Froggy 98 website after they are aired.

    Visit www.foreveraltoona.com for more information.

MES is one of two elementary buildings located in the Spring Cove School District.  We educate students in grades 3, 4, and 5 and are located in Blair County.  We are a part of a rural community.  Teachers and staff at MES are proud of our school district and long to make a positive difference in our students' lives.
Parents, teachers, and community members hold a huge responsibility...to raise our children and support them as they work to reach their greatest potential.  The faculty and staff at Martinsburg Elementary reach for the stars.  We constantly strive to provide the best education possible to our students.  Together, we can make a difference!
"Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children." ~Charles R. Swindoll
